Temperatures in Brunei Darussalam remain high all round the year. The average daily temperature in Brunei usually varies from 24° Celsius to 30° Celsius.
· Oct–Dec The rainiest, if coolest, months of the year.
· Jan–May February and March are the driest months.
· Jun–Aug The hottest, usually humid months.
Apart from the convivial atmosphere which you will experience upon arrival, the hot sunny climate will most likely be the next thing that you will notice, especially if you are used to colder weather. The temperatures here over around 31 degree celcius if not higher on most days, while humidity is about 79 per cent.
This means you are better off wearing loose cotton clothing when you are out braving the elements. Rainfall also occurs throughout the year and although there are no marked seasons, the heaviest downpours would generally be between September and January and May to June. However, unstable climatic conditions means that you had better get yourself an umbrella, just in case.
